We purchased a pump for our Kenmore washer, from Ted's repair service and it does not work. When we contacted Vicky, now owner of Ted's, and she told us to meet her at the store and she would test the pump for us. My husband drove 25 miles to meet her and she never showed up. We have called about 6 times and have not received a call back.
When we first called this woman to order this part she showed up to get the check but it took at least 3 calls and a no show, to get her to give the pump to us once she received it. At this point we are not sure if the part is damaged or not. We can not afford to purchase another pump. We are spending about $17.00 per week at a laundrymat (the closest is about 18 miles away from our home.)
