PPL Store Took my Money - Issued Fraudulent credit

I ordered tile from PPL stores. They said the tile was damaged. They emailed me a credit slip for $2300.

The problem is, they NEVER credited my credit card.

So now, I have NO tile, No Credit, and they never return my phone calls. I even faxed them a letter and got no response.

These guys are scammers.
