I purschased a T-Mobile MyTouch Dec 14 at Costco. I also purchased insurance on said phone. May my phone freezes. I am sent replacement via insurance that does NOT work. I send it back they resend another and another. 7 weeks later I am on 3rd phone with intermitant service. No offer for a creidt for horrible service, they just want me to upgrade and pay again. What is a company or and insurance company that you pay each and every month worth IF they do NOT privude you witha least an equilalant phone that works. They have sent 3 phones and want to send a 4th or upgrade me to another phone that cost $580. Oo. I am really upset. Can I do anything??? Or am I out the money I have spent the last 2 1/2 yrs? I can easily change and pay even anohter company BUT why should the consimer have to go thru this. They have NO HEART or loyalty to their customers. HELP ME PLEASE!!!
