On feb 10 i send in exterminator to house tenant refuse the exterminator to perform is job because she has her cat in the house on march 15 I send in another exterminator to the apartment she refuse them access, I went to talk to mrs Paulette she uncooperative up till today because of this section8 did not pay my rent for three month please I need your help chairmen.
