Exterminators that Do No Exterminating

I asked my landlord to call in an exterminator to rid my half-double of roaches. They hired this exterminating company. My daughter and I did everything they suggested (emptying cupboards, covering clothes, moving furniture away from walls), and a woman at the company said to stay out of the house four hours post-spraying.

They came five days later than scheduled, and must not have sprayed anything dangerous to any living thing. My daughter was allowed to remain in the house during the spraying (I was at work), and didn't have to leave afterwards. (Usually, when the exterminator comes, he/she clears out all residents beforehand.) I smelled no pesticides when I came home from work, and the bugs are still coming. I will enclose a letter about this in my rent payment this weekend.
