I purchased flowers in good faith online from www.troysflorist.com to be sent to out of state family. I chose a beautiful bouquet from the selections offered. What was delivered was incredibly ugly, not even the same colors and in no way resembled what I thought I was buying. I am extremely disappointed and www.troysflorist.com will not return my phone calls or emails. I'm not sure how to get them to respond.
