I became a member Feburary 19.
I have had to use your services 2 or 3 times since paying for the support.
When I talk to someone I spend more time trying to explaine my complaint and trying to understand the person I am talking to than I want.
That person starts working on my complaint and the computer is down for a whole day, my problem is after a day or two I experienc the same problem that I thought was fixed.
This last time I finally went to someone near my home and had my computer worked on and the problem has been solved.
I NOW want you to stop All services, and have you reimburse the remainder of the money I payed since I will no longer be using your Support.
Send the reimbursment to me as soon as possible.
