VISCOM, SHOP NBC, V-2 PRIMIER rip-off lied no support CHASKA

Hi,
I am one of those crazy people who bought a computer from off the TV on Shop NBC. They promised everything but when the time came for the help (What HELP) I received my computer and almost from day one we had problems. I would call tech support and you would get a person that knew very little and usually after a long wait and then a live person you still did not get the problem resolved. They would tell you that they will have a senior tech call you but that never happened. Of course when you were talking to the tech person then and asked for a senior tech you were told they would have to call you back...

It was problem after problem and long waits on the phone waiting to try to talk to someone... Then the computer crashed... I only thought I had problems until then. It took many phone calls before someone finally said I would need to insert my emergency disks and would lose everything on the computer. So we did that and the computer went crazy...

Finally, we got the computer straightened out but the printer and the scanner would not work. So here we go again... I talked to about 6 different people and many calls later when I said to myself I have had enough. I am returning the computer and so I did. I have a life and can not spend anymore time with the phone glued to my ear...

I informed Viscom I was going to return the computer and did so by UPS on Nov. 4th. I insured the computer for the full amount. It was received on Nov. 7th at 11:17 am and signed for by a Hartmann. I have called Shop NBC several times and spike with different ones in the customer service department.

One told me to call the credit department and I did and one told me to call Viscom and I did which told me to call Shop NBC and I did again trying to get the credit taken care of. It is now Jan. 13th and I am still getting the run around. Maybe if I keep trying I might get this resolved... It really ticks me off though because this is going against my credit which I take much pride in. I want quit until i get this resolved but i can say i learned a valauable lesson...
