WORST Company EVER!

This is absolutely the worst company ever! I would never recommend anyone to get their services. I was lied to over and over again from technical support and was not ever able to connect to the internet.

First, the package was mailed to my neighbors house. Second, I had to rearrange my whole office just to get it hooked up for the DSL service. Third, I had to take down and put together my computer 3 different times because technical support thought it could be the phone jack not working properly. Fourth, I was told a technician would arrive at my house and when I decided to cancel services I was told there was no such appointment arranged. Fifth, I was lied to by a technical support agent stating I have a problem with my computer.

I wasted several hours over the phone in a matter of two days with technical support and we were never able to get the problem solved. Furthermore, every agent had a different story and it seemed that I was constantly being lied to.

Overall, I cancelled their services and will be mailing back their product. I sign up with a different company, and within minutes I was able to receive internet service. I am now writing this comment on the same exact computer that Centurylink told me I have a problem with.
