We went to a seminar in Phuket run by Designer Way Vacation Club and bought into their holiday scheme in March. The five years are now up and we sent back all the relevant documentation absolutely to the letter of instruction by registered post to receive our Cash Back. Asia Redemption received our registered mail on 1st March but to date have not received our refund. I guess we were suckers and this was a scam. Chris
