Consumer Cash Rewards
Scamming, Avoiding, Bankruptcy?

My husband and I purchased a roof from Tidewater Roofing several years ago because they had what seemed to be a great promotion to where we could get back $4000. The company that they went through was Consumer Cash Rewards. We did everything to the T, I dotted all "i"s, and crossed all T's.

I mailed all of the required documentation so that we could get our money back.in March of I received a post card stating that they were please to announce that our redemption was valid. It also read that redemption claims timely MAILED can take weeks to RECEIVE. So, they wait at least 60 days before they could begin the last phase of the review process, after which time they would process checks.

Well, it has now been six months since we have received that post card and still no checks in the mail! I can not find a phone number, they don't respond to emails. If anyone has any advice, or knows of class action suits, please let me know. Companies like this should be HUNG!
