Efusal to return money

In March of I was sent a trial membership to their credit reporting service, after looking it over, I decided that I didn't want it and called on April 20 to request it be cancelled. I also followed up with a letter I sent on April 22. I noticed that the bill was beeing added to my mortgage payment through OCWEN, but I just paid the loan amount.in Feburary of I enrolled in an automatic payment plan and the Insider started to take the money out of my account along with the mortgage. I did not notice this until I paid off the loan in November.in total they took $751.10 out of my bank account. I wrote them a letter on March 20 informing them that I wanted my money back, but they never responded.
