The sum of $3,021 was removed from my checking account at Astoria
Federal Banck at 60-20 Woodside Ave. Branch in Queens NY. On February 11,
2013
I had never authorized and I had no business activity this bank
since February 15 when I authorized from my home phone as I did
monthly for one year the last payment of the account.
The account was in my wife's New credit card acquired solely for the pourpouse of paying it off in one year with no interest charge.
And there is more charges on the credit card that they clime my wife
is responsible even though a new credit card was issued and was never vaidated by my wife in both cases.
My wife never used the card at all. The only debit card we ever use is at our local Astoria Federal bank ATM, nowhere else ever. The bank collector are calling with aggressive threats and we have contacted the customer service and fraud departments and spoken to several people but they direct back to fraud department where all I got was
more threats.
We are now worr they may ruin my wife's credit record.
