The Salesperson came to my home on the date and said me that my furnace & AC is old & needs replacing. They upgraded my furnace & AC but also included that the cost is covered by the BPP plan that I have on my bill, and I wouldnt have to pay any increase on my bill. After I have received my Bill, I have seen they charged me $122.95/month which I have not signed nor the salesperson mentioned anything regarding that charge on my bill.
I am totally disappointed about the misleading/misunderstanding as the salesperson never tell me about that.
