Really Poor Customer Service, Takes No Responsibility for their Products Fremont California

I just ordered a netbook from newegg and it came with less RAM then stated in the description. The description stated 1GB RAM memory and when I checked, it only had 512MB of RAM memory.
I emailed this problem to the newegg customer department last night and then the customer service rep didn't even address the problem. The rep was talking about the hard drive, how does the hard drive have anything to do with the amount of RAM memory. Well, I finally got a hold of a rep on the phone, she just referred me to the manufacturer.in my opinion, this is definitely bad customer service. Newegg never addressed my problem, they just passed me on to someone else.
I do understand that it was probably the manufacturer's fault because the box was sealed, but I definitely don't like neweggs customer or should I say lack of customer service. I will never order a product from newegg again. There are other competitors like Amazon that have much better customer support.
