Ripoff stole the christmas from my poor kids

I am a single mother, and Kontact stole the christmas from my poor kids. They called me in regards to my mortgage, and they were so rude on the phone, and they were so intimidating, when they were threatning me of eviction.

I asked them, pleaded with them not to hurt me, becuase I am really sick and ill, and can't take any pressure. I asked them to put me in touch with my mortgage manager, but they plainly refused. The person talking to me was so harsh with very weird and hard to understand accent, with really distorted noise in the background. I could not understand more than half of what he was saying.

And he played with my mind, told me that I am a poor loser, and uttered obseneties. I am still shaking even while writing this. I could not stop my sobbing for 2 hours after their call. My kinds were also distrught.

Let me make it clear, all my affairs related to this moprtgae are in order, I confirmed it also later on with my bank. I don't understand why they harressed me like this.

I hope that there must be some check to monitor weird fireign people taking advantage of innocent and unsuspecting US citizens.
