These people stole my kids' Christmas DVDs ripoff

I ordered 5 DVDs for my kids' Christmas presents, which is all they were getting new this year (!) on October 19th and the payment was taken from my credit card right away.

However, this is FOUR weeks later and still NO DVDs! I have sent three emails and called the phone number repeatedly.

The emails are never answered and all I ever reach at the phone number (regardless of what time I call) is a recording and, of course, no one ever returns my call!

The site was well done and looked very legitimate. They even sent a purchase order verifying the sale immediately by email.

I don't know what I'm going to do for Christmas for my kids now, but I hope someone is able to track down and prosecute these creeps!!
