We purchased a new HP laptop just before Christmas. We had a few issues with it and called customer service which automatically routed our call to Technical Support. The quality of the call was very poor and I could not understand the person on the other end of the line. The call had obviously been routed to India. When I asked to speak with someone else whom I could communicate with more easily, it was also a person who I could not understand and who could not understand me. I then asked if I could have the company headquarters so I might be able to send them an email I was told they did not have that information. This computer is most likely going back to Sams Club where is was purchased. They have a 60 day return policy on computers.
