The check did not clear the bank so i have to pay it back

I took the check to bank to be cashed and it didn't clear so now i have to pay back almost 5000 dollars to the bank so no christmas for my five kids thanks to somebody wanting to get rich off poor people what do they have a list of all the poor people in the world if you get a check from wildwood consumer survey don't cash it it is no good
