Stole Christmas from my KIDS, Took money from my checking accout after Canceling policy, Ripoff

On November 28 I canceled my policy through progressive and went to (competitor's name deleted - see below) (better rates), however on December 1 they stole money from my bank accout. Here it is December 12 and they have yet to give back the money.

I did not find out about them taking the money till I started to get returned check notices from the bank. Each check being returned cost me $20.00 in bank fees. I talk to them about this problem and they refused to pay for the damage that they caused. Not to mention the fact that for every check returned is going to cost me $25.00 to pick up at the place it was wrote.

Total cost to me over all this was close to $1000.00. Also being this close to Christmas it is going to be imposible to make enof money to replace what I had to take from our Christmas money inorder to keep our bills up.

So as you can see that is why I say that they stole Christmas from my kids. How do you tell kids under 11 that santa is not coming to our house this year?!?!
