GLAVIN just walked away

I just left kroger the cashier GLAVIN at check stand number 5 was standing there and i put eight juices and a large bag of dog food on the belt. GLAVIN had looked me in the eye and then he just walked away from the check stand and walked to the door, so i said that is just not right he did not say i will be back or excuse me or anything. So i took the items to the self checkout line and i then saw the store manager and explained what just happened and she said she would talked to GLAVIN, but that did not happen she just went on with whatever she was doing. Wow Greenbriar KROGER you need to do better.
