Was contacted saying I owed over $1500 I magazine subscription sales to a contract i "verbally" agreed to which I never did. They kept harassing me and took $100 from my account without my knowledge. Had to change my card and phone number. They sent me letters with no number or letterhead for my "payment". Then they send me to a collection agency. They changed their name from family readers to something else. I ignore these and send them a dispute letter. They send me to a lawyer firm. I turned all three in to the bbb. I also send a letter of dispute to the lawyer firm. I am not paying for these books i never ordered.
