T-Mobile has charged us $400 in cancellation fees, when we were forced to cancel our cell service (3/12) because we were not able to call from our home over a span of 3 weeks; yet we had previously had service for over 10 years at the same location. We have contested this, but they have yet to waive the early termination fees and sent us a final bill which reflects the credits they have said they've given us.
