Dear Sir, or Madam

I know mistakes happen, But i would really apperciate your help with this. I was currently out on a date with my boyfriend we normally always come to red lobster and expecially for the 20th we went on our 3 year anniversary. I really hate to complain because i was too a waitress myself and i know how mistakes do occur but our food service was poorly conducted. The drinks didnt even come out until i finally mentioned our drinks after the appitizer was brought out to us, then all of sudden our waitress had very strong attidude towards us i dont know if it was becuase of the drinks or she just was having a bad day but the last thing i wanna say is that we found 2 pieaces of hair in our food we jus decided not to even bother our waitress anymore and pay the bill and leave we did not finish our meal we orderd lobster which is expensive to just leave uneaten and delcious! Im very sorry to complain but i think if you could help us out it would be greatly apperciated and my thoughts about red lobster might change.
