Air conditioner broken in Applebee's

Went to Applebee's on Lakeland Dr in Flowood, MS on a Friday evening. When seated noticed it was quite hot, so I asked the waitress about the air when she took our order. She informed me that she would have the manager to come over. He proceeded to tell me that he has this problem every year, the thermastat was down as low as it could go. When waitress brought appetizers and drinks, It was just too hot in there so we decided to leave. We asked for check and they wanted to charge us for drinks that we never touched. When asked for manager, he didn't want to come back to table. When he finally returned with a smirk on his face, he said "you knew it was hot when you came in here".
He was very unprofessional. We realized why the parking lot was emptier than usually. I refuse to pay for my food and can not enjoy it because of the uncomfortable atmosphere.
