Over Cooked Seafood

I don't get to eat out much but got some money back from taxes & decided to treate myself & friend to dinner. What a waste of money going to Red Lobster. We both ordered off the Lobsterfest menu which was priced high but we were out for a treat. Our meals come out & lobster was so over cooked it crunched when you cut into it. The other seafood which came with it was so rubbery was like chewing on a rubberband. We told waitress & manager comes out with some story. He buys us around of drinks and has new lobster cooked for us but doesn't warm rest of the meal plus we had to wait for melted butter.By the time melted butter came out lobster was COLD. I will never go back to Henerietta NY Red Lobster again. I pay $85.00 for a meal that was horrible. I should of took that money & brought the stuff and made it at home for half the price. Very unhappy customer!
