Lousy Lobste

The actual date is Feb. 13. My wife, my granddaughter and I dined at the Red Lobster in Monroe, La. At Pecanland Mall. We waited for approximately 45 minutes for the entry that consist of Maine and Rock Tail Lobster. The dinner finally was served and the Lobster was over cooked and the texture was consistent with rubber. I spoke with the manager, Sam w/f and she apologized and reordered the Lobster however, the rest of the dinner was cold when the Lobster was brought out 20 minutes later. We decided to take the food home and try to rewarm it. My wife and I have been loyal Red Lobster costumers for 30 yrs. And this was an experience I will never forget. Although she cut the price of the bill, it was still a horrible experience. I will continue to dine there but I am so disappointed. (m. Smiff)
