I did not renew to be on the on line dating service for another 6 months, and yet your company took the money out of my account. If this is not resolved at once, I will take action to resolve this. I have already been to my bank, and I am giving you the opportunity to resolve this problem, as of today, otherwise I will take the proper steps to resolve it myself. I did not want to sign up for this because I had a bad feeling this would happen, and so it did.
