Early april I was contacted by phone, and talked into giving access to my computer, and we agreed a service for which I paid. As I could see no effect of their effort I cancelled the agreement, and got my money back. But under the pretense of wanting to remove the service program KBK installed, they made a transfer from my creditcard, which my bank is now trying to retreive.
