TechLive Connect-Technical Support appeared on my Laptop taskbar unexpectedly and persuaded me that I have a serious security warning and my computer with all the datas at the highest risk. They offered that they can diagnose the problem and fix it online within 35 minutes. The charge will be 249 USD, -255 CAD.
It turned out-after checking my CCard-269 CAD was charged by Avantgate Co. The technician in India worked during several hours (from 2:30 to 7 PM). To complete what the Diagnoser promised that my computer will work perfectly and fast as new. I was tired after spending so many hours in front of the computer, so I checked my e-mails, Internet etc this morning. My computer is not faster at all. I believe the amount charged is very high. I contacted my Visa Bank, they won't consider this as a fraud, because I agreed TechLive Connect to do the work.
I would consider to pay some service fee, but not the amount they charged for the service they provided.
