SkyGolf Skycaddie
Worst Customer Service Eve

Electronics and household app.

I was scheduled to renew my membership for my SG5 SkyCaddie at the beginning of this month. For some reason, it would not sync. I contacted online technical support. What a joke. It was obvious that whoever was on the other end of the line did not profess English as his primary language. That "support" ended with him telling me to take my SkyCaddie to another person's house and try it on their computer. It has worked fine on my computer until that day. I took a couple weeks to rethink my strategy and today called technical support toll-free number. After attempting to connect it to my computer, it still would not work. This technician told me that someone from Technical Support would have to call me back. I waited six hours. I called them back. This time, the technician would not even listen to the problem. He disconnected the call in mid-sentence. I did a search for SkyCaddie complaints and came across this website. It appears they want their $300 for their product, but are unwilling/unable to provide the technical support to keep them working. I sent an email out to them asking for help. Ripoff! You could be next!
