07/27 tech live connect got on the tel with me after i had paid driver support to update drivers on my computer - they ensured me they would make my computer run more efficiently etc - they had remote control about 3-4 hours and charged me 349.00 in addition to the 39.99 i had paid for the drivers - yesterday i had to pay microsoft 99.00 to spend 6 hours removing all the viruses that resulted from tech live connect taking control of my computer - my computer also now runs much quicker
