Remote access charge of 349 dollars and viruses afterward

07/27 Tech Live Connect got on the phone with me after I had paid Driver Support to update drivers on my computer. They assured me they would make my computer run more efficiently. They had remote control for about 3-4 hours and charged me 349.00 in addition to the 39.99 I had paid for the drivers. Yesterday I had to pay Microsoft 99.00 to spend 6 hours removing all the viruses that resulted from Tech Live Connect taking control of my computer. My computer also now runs much quicker.
