I had a problem with my new MacBook Pro, and I looked up apple support on my iPhone. This was the first listing that came up, and considering how frustrated I was, I dialed it. They passed themselves off as Apple Tech Support, basically saying I had to buy their service if I wanted my machine fixed. Do not use these people. I am filing a dispute with my Credit Card company right now.
