Called to get Apple support (mislead by a website phone link) Believed I was buying AppleCare (they literally said "Applecare" but I was purchasing their product. I was dumb and desparate to get get my ohone fixed. They did not fix it!!! Disconnected 4 times when tried to call back which is how I discovered they were NOT connected to Apple as they claimed to be (said Apple hired them to do tech support which Apple's actual tech support denied and laughed at then apologized)
DO NOT TRUST!!!
