I called apple looking for tech support as my ipad was not charging - apple sent me to this company and said I needed to pay$250 for the service to fix it - I assumed it was ok because apple sent me to them - come to find out its a 3rd party but apple said they some how are able to get into their phone calls etc - apple told me that they had no information of me calling them about a problem. Supervisor at apple is nice and working with me to get ipad back from fl and get fixed by them - this place mytechhelp company is nothing but a scam don't trust or call them for anything
