MyTechHelp.com is a SCAM!!! BIG RIPOFF!

Om July 1 My wife called Apple Support and somehow reached this company (possible phone call hijacked). She asked if it was Apple Support and was told that Apple NO LONGER DOES THEIR OWN TECH SUPPORT and had given this company a contract to perform customer/tech support. She was having troubles moving photos from her iPhone to her Mac Computer.
In order for them to help me, she was told that they will charge her $69.95 for the one time help and if they cannot resolve the problem there would only be a $25 dollar diagnostic fee applied then after allowing the alleged tech to log into her computer he clearly demonstrated he had little experience with an Apple computer. He then began and probing the computer looking for an ANTIVIRUS program then like a Smooth talking snake oil salesman offering an anti virus software for the computer $139.95. Finally after an hour and half on the phone with and We told the guy we are not interested in any software we simply need help at moving the photos from the iPhone to the computer the tech then disconnected and hung up
