I was sent this paper in mail saying Im eligible for a government grant to send them $39 for $25,000 Grant
for $50,000Grant-send$89 for $100,000Grant - Send $139 for $200,000 Grant-Send $199
They are saying their Administrative Director is William C. Edwards. They give me 15 days to pay up front to receive these benefits. I would like to know if this company is a Fraud or not. If so I wanted to report it
