I was sent this paper in mail saying I'm eligible for a government grant and to send them $39 for $25,000 grant, $89 for $50,000 grant, $139 for $100,000 grant and $199 for a $200,000 grant.
They are saying their Administrative Director is William C. Edwards. They give me 15 days to receive these benefits after I pay up front. I would like to know if this company is a Fraud or not.
