Ripoff

I recieved a postcard in the mail, sayin i was eligible to recieve a 5,000 grant. That it only takes 30min, for APPROVAL. So I called she ask for my personal information, I gave it to her, she told me to hold I was connected with someone else. He said miss you have been APPROVED and your applying for all 5 assistance I said "yes", he said you've been APPROVED and he will like to get more information from me because the fee is $299.99.

I said if a grant is free from the government, why do I have to pay? He said paying for his services for paralegals to speed up process to be sent to the government. I said I dont think it should be a fee if it suppose to be a free grant from the government, and there is "NO" statement on the postcard stating a fee. So he connected me with someone else, I gave more information, he told me that paper work will be sent to me in 5 to 10 bus. Days. The sooner I fill the papers out it should take twenty days to receive my check in the mail.
