My name is louis berrios. On august the 29th of 2011 i recieved a call from a mr. Mark kalvin from the us govt. Grant stating that i have been picked to receive a $7000 dollar grant from the federal government. The instructions was to send them $200. To have the $7000 grant released. I sent them the $200 dollar to a sara lowe in india. Once the transaction occured they tell me that i need to pay $400 dollars in taxes. Again i borrow the money from a friend... On august 31 i send them another $400 dollars for this grant and this time its to be sent to a tracy tanner also in india. Once sent, i am told to pay them $1000 to release this grant which is now for $8600 for the grant plus the refund of $600 that i have payed to reieve this grant. I tell him i dont have $1000 so he brings it down to $500. I tell him to give me a few so i can get that money... Today i had $500 dollars to finally finish this transaction and get this $8600 grant. But when i send the money, im transfered to the financial department who is telling me i need to finish sending $500 of the $1000 expected to get this grant. I cant do this and i owe friends, family and my bills too but i cant... Please all i ask that i am able to recieve atleast what i put out in this situation and that is basically thus far. That is $200, then $400, and this last time for $500 dollars all adding up to $1100 so i can pay my bills and pay all who were kind enough to lown me what they could loan me...
