I had my residential phone with Vois company since 2010 on my previous adress.
Before I move to my new adress in October I called the company to cancell their service. I have paid the last bill in November. The company did not respect my request because they keep on sending the bill each month with the monthly charge. On January 17 at 2:55 phoned the Vois customer service and talked with a customer service agent (i keep his name) to whom i explain the problem and wanted to talk to the high manager in order to solve the problem but the agent on phone did not allow me to do so. As i was not satisfied i wanted to go to the company to get the solution but this Vois company does not provide its adress on the bill either on its website.in February I got another bill. I phoned the customer service and the agent (i keep the name) to whom i talked did not solve the probem and did not want me to reach his manager to get the solution.
I do not have to pay the money for the phone service i did not received or used.
The Vois company has to stop charging me for unused service. They have to come to pick up their materials and refund my guaranteed money.
