The ticket subject i put is the ticket number i got from metro customer service agent.
The issue we have (me and my family) we are using three lines.

We have a problem with the billing system they are handling.
We pay the bill via our bank website on 10/27. After a week 11/2 service disconnected because of "unpaid bill" i checked with my bank and they told me the check is clear it is already paid. I talk to the Metropcs manager in the store explain to him. He said this is the problem they are having all over the nation and he said no one knows what is going on and they are try to figure out. He advised me to pay now and he will figure out the solution and will give me a call.

I paid and left. After 3 weeks i went back and ask him what is going on. He said, he forgot it.
What is going on?
