I made a purchase (foolishly) on a infomercial. I was never told the amount of charge for delivery. Package arrived, top of package was partially open. I could see the packing slip. Took it out and then realized the shipping was $209.80. Called Fedex and they told me to mark the package "refused" and they would pick it up and return. I have copy of reverse delivery slop with name of person signing it. I then called my credit card company and initiated a dispute. Received a temporary credit while in dispute. It has been 4 months and I still have a charge of $209.80 on the card. Said company says I owe the delivery charge. I don't have the items they sent, why do I have to pay $209.80 for something I don't have. Please advise and help.
