On 9/9 I order the Nuwave cooktop stove, buy one get one free for $33.33 over three monthly payment. Customer service stated that item should arrive between 5 to 7 days. On 9/13 I call the customer service
recorded message stated that my order was shipped on 9/13 by Fedex. Call Fedex they stated package was left by our front door on
9/13, this we did not find. On 9/25/25 I filed a claim to fedex, they reply by phone that they had settle claim with the shipper nuwave. After 15 more calls to customer service
they dont reply to my calls. I am still waiting for them to return my $103.23 or the item that I had ordered, I would appreciate your help in this matter.
