After my first bad experience with DHL.
My parcel is now 3rd day in clearance delay and even though i have supplied relevant information first day i still have not heard back from them. I find it ridiculous that someone pays so much for delivery and it is stuck in custom not knowing how long it will take to clear. I have contacted DHL to see if they need more information and they promised to call back however until now nobody have contacted me.
