My father was hospitalized and needed to cancel his flight. I submitted the appropriate paperwork and Orbitz told me that they would issue a credit and the airline waived its change fee. When I went to re-book the ticket, they had no record of the resolution and I ended needing to resubmit everything. Hours of my time wasted on the telephone and re-gathering documentation. Their customer service was incompetent.
