The company call me stating my computer had lost of malicious virus and the they work with Microsoft as a independent comp that they could help me resolve this issues by paying the above amount they needed me to give access to my computer to them. Later I found out that this company has no affiliation to Microsoft. I don'y know what information they tuck from me I had to change my credit card information and all my accounts. This company represents itself as part of Microsoft when they have nothing to do with them.
