Miscellaneous

Got a phone call from a person with an Indian accent sayin he was a Microsoft tech. He said my computer was infected with a malware that my Norton virus program would not remove it. I being stupid let him have access to my computer and he showed me where it was. Then he would remove it and install a $166.00 program. He then said he was disconnecting from my computer. Itold him to call back in two hours for my decision. I called Microsoft and they advised me that they do not call a person for viruses and the could not use the word scam but said it might be. At tyhat time I noticed my curser was moving around (he wa still connected. At this time I turned off my computer removing him. I called my credit card company and reported this and they cancelled my card and were issuing a new card. Warn people about this.
