Microsoft unhappy - Microsoft Windows Xp

I got a virus in my computer and called microsoft technical support located in india. After 6 tech's including 2 managers they left me with a computer that is a mess. They do not know what they are doing. One tech a female circle talked me and finally admitted she didn't know how to fix the problem. Therefore i am left with a disfunctional computer. I need someone to correct the problem. I can't afford a new computer and this one is great if it could work right again. Thank you.
