I had tried to sign up for the free sample, just pay shipping and handling. Next thing I know not even a few minutes later, as I checked my account, they had taken the 9.95 for the free sample and then also taken 159.99 for 5 additional bottles. I called them right up and told them I did not order that and I want it put back right now and all of it cancelled. They argued back and forth saying they could not do that but could give me a discount and I would only have to pay a 20.00 less amount. I told them no I want it all back and that how can you deduct an amount to give me a discount but not my money back. Ended with me being told as soon as I get the product to send it back and they will refund me. I did that 2-3 weeks ago and still nothing. I want and need my money.
